We receive our service quarterly from Charlie and never have a problem that can’t be resolved. And this held true today.

Last night we noticed an influx of ants on a kitchen wall near an outlet. I called Ledford’s this morning and Wendy scheduled Charlie for a visit the very same afternoon.

Charlie came out and inspected but before he did anything at all he ask me that simplest question, “Is the baby here?” He knew that my wife and I had just had a baby and he asked if that baby was here at home sleeping. I thought he was asking because of the chemicals even though he assures me on every visit that they are safe, but he was actually asking because he needed to tap on the wall and didn’t want to wake the baby if he was at home and sleeping.
